Managing Partner
Dr Fin Williams
Fin is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. She's worked in the NHS with children and families for over 20 years, and been involved in the development and training of Psychological professionals at both Exeter and Oxford University. She currently divides her time between In-Mind Partners and training Clinical Psychologists at Oxford University. Fin is passionate about improving access to Psychological Therapies through tech, education and stepped models of care, with a particular clinical interest in the transition to parenthood and parenting relationships

Senior Child Wellbeing Practitioner
Caoimhe Green
Caoimhe has been working with, and advocating for young people for the last 7 years. Her career started in youth participation and advocacy, supporting young people who had experience of parental imprisonment and young people leaving care, to have their voices heard and to make lasting impact to systems. In the last 5 years Caoimhe has become a qualified Children and Young People’s Wellbeing Practitioner, providing low-intensity CBT support to young people in 1-1 and group settings, and trained to become a Clinical Supervisor. Caoimhe has experience of delivering targeted community and therapeutic interventions for young LGBTQ+ people. Caoimhe is particularly passionate about providing support for those with experience of marginalisation or discrimination, and supporting all young people to feel seen, heard, valued, and to understand their own worth in the world.

Associate
Dr Emily Reeves
Emily is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience in CAMHs as well as Early Intervention Family Teams. She is trained across a number of models including CBT, ACT, CFT, Attachment and metallisation therapy, and Non-Violent Resistance. She currently divides her Clinical time between Oxford CAMHs and In-Mind Partners. She is also a lecturer and tutor Trainee Clinical Psychologists at Oxford University.

Sarah Houseman
Sarah has over 20 years experience working with children and families in both social care and mental health settings. Initially qualified as a social worker, she is also an accredited Family therapist and systemic supervisor. She divides her time between working with In-Mind Partners and being a Clinical Lead / Principal Family Therapist in a London CAMHs. Sarah has a particular interest and expertise in Non-violent resistance and how it can support parents and young people in conflict.

Dr Maria O Neill
Maria is a Principal Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience working with both children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) including within the NHS, private and charitable providers (National Autistic Society)..
She specialises in the assessment of Autism and ADHD and has extensive experience to offer therapeutic support and intervention for individuals, parents, and couples. Her approaches include CBT, coaching, psychoeducation, emotional toolkit, Compassion Focused Therapy and mindfulness techniques to support individuals and their loved ones.
She has a passion around working with neurodiversity and a positive attitude towards individual difference and uniqueness. She aims to offer a clear and supportive pathway for those seeking diagnosis and for those navigating life following a diagnosis.
